What it does not do
It does not three-way call, transfer calls, provide general internet search, or open unrestricted email and messaging.
What remains in place
The creator uses the facility’s existing phone system and the institution retains the controls it already operates.

Public creation has different incentives from private communication.
Episodes, posts, music, and videos are produced for lawful publication. Nothing about the publishing purpose is hidden from the audience, and the platform can establish content standards without presenting itself as an enforcement backchannel.
